Privacy

We respect and protect the privacy of individuals whose data is used in AI systems. We implement robust data protection measures, minimize data collection to what is necessary, and ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. We never use personal data for purposes beyond what has been consented to.

Safety

We prioritize the safety and reliability of our AI systems. We conduct thorough testing and validation before deployment, monitor systems continuously for unexpected behaviors, and maintain the ability to quickly address any issues that arise. We design fail-safe mechanisms to prevent harm.

Implementation

• Establishing and updating responsible AI guidelines and standards
• Monitoring compliance with this policy across all engagements
• Investigating and resolving any reported concerns related to AI ethics
• Staying informed about evolving AI regulations and best practices
• Reporting to executive leadership on the state of responsible AI across the organization

Reporting Concerns

We encourage anyone who has concerns about the ethical implications of our AI practices to report them. Concerns can be reported through the following channels:

All reports will be reviewed promptly and handled with appropriate confidentiality. We are committed to addressing concerns thoroughly and transparently, and we prohibit retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.

Policy Updates

This policy is reviewed and updated at least annually to reflect advancements in AI technology, evolving regulatory requirements, and lessons learned from our engagements. Material changes will be communicated to our clients and stakeholders.
